The Cobblestoned Streets of Bergen

The area just behind the lower station for the Fløiban funicular railway is a hidden gem of Bergen.  So close to the main tourist areas and yet, for the most part, relatively undisturbed.  Here you can find many charming, narrow, cobblestoned alleyways complete with small wooden houses, summer flowers in bloom and , if you’re lucky, blue skies overhead.  These streets wind their way up around the lower slopes of Mount Fløyen providing ever-changing vistas as you climb higher…
